Submit manuscripts that are their original work or from work they have been associated with during their tenure. When you submit manuscripts to this journal, you must include original and new results, data and their ideas that have not been submitted for publication to other publications or published elsewhere.
The corresponding author must give the consent of all other authors to be published and to be named as co-authors in a copyright transfer agreement.
The author must clearly state that the work has not been previously published and that its content is based in whole or in part on previously published material
Information received through various media should be included in the manuscript with the source of the information or data, so authors must ensure that all relevant references are properly cited in the intended format. Any information useful to the manuscript obtained from sources such as conversations, correspondence or discussion with a third party should be presented or referenced in the reference section. Permission must be sought from the third party before referring to it. Thus, they should cite the cited work correctly, authors are advised to check the reference before submitting the manuscript.
Authors and contributors are requested to verify and ensure the accuracy and correctness of all results prior to submission.
Manuscripts must include all relevant and necessary instructions and warnings related to the experiment performed in the study. It is recommended to refer to the safety instructions or general operating instructions in the manual.
Authors must describe any conflicts of interest that may arise in relation to the content of the article. The same can be stated in the reference letter and must be sent in the diary.
Authors must disclose full details of all sources of funding for the research conducted in the article, if any.
All authors are asked to submit an error-free copyright transfer form after their article has been approved for publication.
If an author discovers a material error or inaccuracy in their published work, it is the author's responsibility to immediately notify the editor-in-chief or editor or publisher of the journal and cooperate in retracting or correcting the page.
Copyright should be limited to individuals who have made a significant contribution to the conception, design, implementation, or interpretation of published research.

The editors are solely responsible for the acceptance or rejection of any manuscript. Of course, an expert judgment can be made about this, but the final decision is made by the relevant Editoral Members.
The editor is not allowed to disclose decisions or concerns related to the submitted article to anyone.
Editors must maintain the confidentiality of the referenced manuscript, research data, and all correspondence. Under no circumstances should the manuscript be distributed to a third party outside the peer review process. All claims related to a submitted article that the same is already under consideration elsewhere or already published should be immediately reported to the journal editor for further investigation.
Editors must strive to meet deadlines for timely submission and publication.
The editor-in-chief of each newspaper or our committee members have the right to take action against a person if a violation of the rules is detected. Indic Heritage & Culturel recommends that authors, reviewers and editors adhere to the proposed ethics policy.
